1. Digital Product Nature

All cosmic blueprint reports generated by Astromate24 are digital products delivered instantly after payment. Due to their nature, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and delivered to your email/account.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment errors: Double charges or failed transactions (proof required).
  • Technical failures: If the report fails to generate due to our system error (verified cases).
  • Before generation: Requests made within 2 hours of payment if the report has not yet been processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Reports successfully generated and delivered.
  • Disagreement with astrological interpretations or predictions.
  • User-provided incorrect birth details (date/time/place).
  • Change of mind after receiving the report.

4. Refund Process

  1. Email us at info@astromate24.com within 7 days of purchase with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Payment receipt
  2. We will respond within 3 business days to verify eligibility.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed via PhonePe (original payment method) within 7-10 business days.

If you encounter problems accessing your report:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the delivery email.
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
  • Contact us for assistance before requesting a refund.
